RETURNS & REFUNDS
For any faulty or incorrect items, please reach out to our customer service.
Please allow up to 48 hours for a reply via email.
For all other returns, please carefully read the instructions below.

Contact us to initiate a return at: info@jubilii.com

Place a note inside the return which states your order number and/or your name.

After receiving your paid return label, print it off and attach to your return parcel.

Drop off your return to your nearest Post Office.
U.S. orders
A flat $4.40 fee for return shipping costs will be deducted on domestic U.S. orders.
International orders
A flat $5.80 fee for return shipping costs will be deducted on international orders.
Important
If you are unhappy with your unworn, packaged, and tagged garment for any reason, you may return it in accordance with the Returns Policy below.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the package if you are not satisfied and under the following circumstances:
• All items returned to www.jubilii.com must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, and with original product packaging and tags attached.
Underwear must be worn when trying-on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show any signs of wear and do not meet our standards.
Any evidence against this policy will result in a refusal of your return.
• Returns authorized within the frame time and returned in acceptable condition will be credited at item price to the original form of payment (including any tax, but not including any shipping fees paid).
• Legwear, including socks & leggings can be fully refunded within 14 days if unused and unopened unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Jubilii.com reserves the right to make final judgment on all returns.
• Should your order be marked as delivered but not received, you must contact us within the defined frame time for a resolution. jubilii.com is not liable for unreceived orders not communicated within 30 days of delivery.
EXCHANGES; Sorry, we are not able to offer exchanges currently.
• Please note: we are not responsible for lost packages.
• We will notify you by e-mail once the return has been received and processed.
• It can take up to 3 - 5 business days after receiving the return, for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund.
• If your refund not be processed within the 5 business days, please send us the information so that we can investigate further.
