Global Delivery go out via FedEx, Ups + local courier.

We offer a U.S. local shipping and an international world wide shipping (most of our items ships from the U.S. the UK. and the E.U.)

Currency is collected in USD and an exchange rate will apply. Please note orders shipping internationally may take an additional amount of time to deliver.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Orders are dispatched depending your destination from our different logistic centers, please check out the shipping & sustainability section of the product to know
from where the item will be sent., please be aware that you may incur customs fees upon delivery of your package in your destination country.
As the customer, you are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes imposed by the country you reside in. Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
Please note that the total displayed on your checkout page does not encompass any additional duties. Any supplementary duties required will be communicated to you by the carrier.
Jubilii has no control over customs and import taxes, and we cannot determine the exact amount you will be charged, as customs and import tax vary widely depending on the country you are situated in.
In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to Jubilii, a shipping and handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Flat Rate INTERNATIONAL Standard Shipping Cost is $5.80 Usd
We offer FREE shipping on all INTERNATIONAL orders over $200 Usd.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping, duties are non-refundable.

We work closely with our shipping partners and we’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum to meet our shipping estimates.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your order is with the courier, you will receive via email/message tracking information so you can follow its progress and when to expect the delivery.
DELIVERY CHANGES
Some of our couriers offers the flexibility to make changes to your delivery while it’s on its way to you.
Whether you need to schedule a delivery for another day or remove the signature requirement, our couriers makes it easy for you.
In some cases you will need to collect your parcel from a Service Point you’ll need to bring two forms of ID:
A photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving license)
Your email/SMS notification from the courier.
the courier will let you know how long you have to pick up your delivery.
Please note that if the parcel is not collected within this time frame, it’ll be sent back to the sender.
